DigMyPage is running in a Windows 2003 dedicated server. Currently it has one gigabyte of memory. I intent to increase it two two gigabytes once the traffic picks up. However, it will require lots of traffic before I have to increase it to two gigabytes. It has two 60 gigabytes hard drive. It is connected to a 100Mbps network card.

I closed all the ports of The Windows 2003 server for security. Only the http is open. It is using IIS 6 for http pages and. The default Windows 2003 ftp server is not running. There is no SMTP or POP server running in the box.

The latest php and mysql are serving application and database engines. The mysql server is running in the same box. I will move the database server to a dedicated machine when the demand on it will be high.

It is running a customized content management system (drupal) with a few enhancements that I have programmed into it. A commercial url rewrite engine is also installed.

This box is not used for development. All testing and development I perform in a separate box before moving it to the production server.

I have not used any professional web design services. I have designed the whole site. However, I intend to bring aboard a professional web designer for usability enhancements.
